• A fire extinguisher should be placed near the blower for each bounce house in case overheating occurs.

If you need to cancel your event, please call our office IMMEDIATELY!

There shall be no penalty for cancellations received at least 30 days prior to an event. For cancellations received within 30 days of an event, the client will receive a store credit for equal value for a period of one year following the date of cancellation.

If due to high winds, extremely heavy rains, or other weather related reasons; Touch of Class Entertainment deems it unsafe to set up/service any event, the client will receive a "rain check" for our services offering the opportunity to rebook for 1 full year.

We recommend that reservations be made as far in advance as you can. Depending on the date of your event, we may be completely booked for months in advance. Smaller events can sometimes be easier to accommodate within 2 weeks of the event, however if you are planning a large event we definitely recommend making your reservations as early as possible!

Touch of Class Entertainment Serves the Tri-State New York Area! While we typically center our operations around these areas, we do travel to many Northeast areas to service events. If you have an event coming up, and would like to know if we can service it- submit a request!

No. In fact, we do not allow costumer pickups. All drivers are trained as professional installers and are certified to be the exclusive installer of the equipment. Where the safety of your children is concerned, it is always best to leave it up to the professionals. In addition to this, the liability insurance that we carry does not permit unauthorized set up or moving of our equipment.

Like any amusement ride, our rides need to be set up properly in order to insure the safety of users. Improper installation and lack of supervision are the largest contributing factor to injuries that occur on inflatable rides.

In the case that you rent any of our attractions unstaffed, we will be there to insure the proper installation of the equipment and to give you a breakdown of the proper safety precautions and rules while using the equipment.

Beware of companies who allow pick up of inflatable equipment in order to cut costs; they do not have you or your guests’ best interest at heart.
